Anglers Marine 22nd Annual Bass-A-Thon brings out the Big Baits! (continued)

Tylure: Tylure swimbaits are handmade one at a time and are inspected so there are no defects and no tuning is necessary since each and every bait is pre-tested in a tank so that you can start fishing the baits right out of the package. The company's owner and lure designer Tyler Ream was at the Bass-A-thon showcasing his newest creations.

A floating "Kicker Series" trout

Tylure's newest baits are the "Kicker Series" which are designed to be extremely durable but still swim just like a real fish. The flexible joints allow for a wide range of motion in the water and realistic finishes all the way down to the lifelike eyes help fool fish.

The kicker shad looks like a great bait for both bass and stripers

All the Kicker Series baits comes with a "hook slot tube" that holds the Owner hooks in place up against the body of the bait to help with hooksets. Once a fish is set on the slot tube will come free so that fish cannot use the weight of the hook to throw the lure.

The kicker Sunfish is designed to be an aggressive bed bait

At the show Tyler was showcasing some of his newest patterns including the shad as well as some new bed baits with the hooks on top and special weighting to get the lures right down into the strike zone.

A limited edition "Gold Series" bait

Most of the Tylure baits are available in surface waking, slow sinking and fast sinking options. The baits look good and are surprisingly affordable for a handmade bait at only 30 dollars each. Tyler does make some special "Gold Series" limited edition baits that feature special detailing and are numbered, these extremely limited edition baits are 100 dollars a piece.
