Overboard Submersible Shorts: AFTCO's line of fishing shorts is already quite extensive but this year, they decided to take things a bit further. The new Overboard Submersible Short features a waterproof, submersible roll-top pocket to keep your cell phone or wallet safe from the elements and water. the shorts are made from a lightweight, 4-way stretch fabric and treated with the company's AFGUARD for stain resistance. They are cut with an active fit, features a 21" outseam and 10" inseam and will retail for $99 a pair.

Introducing the Women's Reaper Technical Fleece

Women's Reaper Technical Fleece: The Reaper Performance Fleece Hoodie is a popular garment for male anglers and this year, AFTCO is offering a Women's version complete with the integrated face/neck warmer, laser cut ventilation mask and underarm, cinch cord hood anchoring system, Block Tapey pocket closure, and even a hi/low position ponytail hood opening. The 100% poly bonded micro fleece fabric is treated with AFGUARD stain release. MSRP for the Women's Reaper is $69.

AFTCO has partnered with Sunline Japan to offer a premium 100% fluorocarbon leader

Saiko Pro FC Leader: AFTCO has partnered with Sunline Japan to offer a premium 100% fluorocarbon leader for saltwater fishing. Saiko Pro FC Leader is designed with very high resistance to abrasion but with a finish that is both supple yet hard. Abrasion resistance is reportedly up to 20% stronger than leading competitors and the leader material also has superior knot strength.

Intended for saltwater applications, there are also strengths to suit freshwater anglers

The leader material is offered in AFTCO's Secure Spool simplifying the task of leader storage and eliminating messy, uncoiled, and disorganized leader spools. It will be available in strengths from 12lb through 300lb test and in both clear and pink. MSRP will range from $12 - $99 depending on the size you wish to purchase.
