An Enthusiast's Fantasista Dream Come True From Abu Garcia!

Here comes our first look at Abu Garcia's vaunted Fantasista line of bass rods!

Fantasista Regista: Described in the manufacturer's literature as the ULTIMATE combination of sensitivity, balance, and power, each rod in the Fantasista line is constructed from super high modulus graphite using Abu's own take on the cross weave graphite blank - Tetra Axial Carbon Construction. Guides are Fuji micro, Alconites with titanium frames, and the rod's grips are comprised of high density EVA. Each Fantasista rod is covered by a 5 year limited warranty direct from Abu Garcia.

Veritas receives a makeover for 2015!

Veritas 2.0: Along with the new top end introduction of the Fantasista Regista rods, Abu Garcia revamps their popular Veritas line with an entirely new blank. Featuring a new Spiral Core Construction in their 30 Ton graphite blanks, Abu was able to increase strength without increasing weight. Estimates are that overall break strength in the rods is increased by 22% while the tip strengths were increased by over 30%.

The hood has micro-click audible adjustment

Component wise, Veritas 2.0 will continue to have the company's proprietary reel seats that feature a micro click hood mechanism for more precise reel fit. The rods are built with Zirconium guides with titanium alloy frames, and split rear grips made of high density EVA. All rods will come with a limited three year warranty.
