Pro Bass angler, TackleTour Editor, and publisher of the popular fishing magazine Bass Anglers’ Guide, Mark Lassagne from Martinez, CA beat out over a hundred other anglers to place 38^th at the stingy Lake Havasu. This was the second event for the FLW Western Stren Series and the second pay check for our touring team member. Mark is now currently in 9^th place in the race.

With Clear Lake and the Delta were hoping for big things from our staff writer who also guides on both of these lakes.

Havasu was tough said Mark; he only landed two fish on day one; however one of them was a five pounder. Rebounding on day two with a limit and day three he lost a nice fish at the boat ending the event with a total of 11 fish. The goal here was just to make it through, cash a check and stay in the point race stated Lassagne.
