MIAMI,
FL. Cobra Electronics introduces a new line of handheld (MR HH 425LI VP and
MR HH325 VP) and fixed (MR F80B) VHF radios at the recent Miami Boat Show. These
new marine radios offer some unique features that no other VHF
radios have such as Cobra's
Rewind-Say-Again™ and VHF to GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service)
technologies.
The new fully-submersible
handheld VHF's are the first to provide Cobra's
Rewind-Say-Again™ technology.
The Rewind-Say-Again™ feature is a digital voice recorder that automatically
records the last 20 seconds of transmission. This integrated recorder can be a
crucial feature for all boaters as one can hit a button to easily play back the
last portion of the transmission such as calls to GPS coordinates for that hot
fishing location. Also when you're running the boat there is engine and wind
noise that can disturb your hearing.
